Christersson wrote for his co-worker Due to the reversion, Mr. Christersson knew his employment with the U.S. Military would soon end. Concerned for the future employment of his fellow Okinawan co-workers he wrote letters of recommendation highlighting their skills and qualities. In this letter of recommendation, he expresses his appreciation for the employee’s excellent work ethics of cooperation, efficiency and timeliness. He outlines the ship carpenter’s skilled tasks performed. The worker is described as a superior and capable Master Shipwright who consistently produced excellent results.
